Directions

Heat the oven to 400°F.  While the oven is heating, line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

Stir the soup, onion powder and dry mustard in a large bowl.  Add the cauliflower and toss to coat.  Place the cauliflower on the baking sheet.  Stir the cheeses and bread crumbs in a medium bowl.  Sprinkle the mixture over the cauliflower.

Bake for 25 minutes or until the cauliflower is lightly browned and tender.  Serve hot.

1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Cremini & Shiitake Soup
0.5 teaspoon onion powder
0.5 teaspoon dry mustard
1 head cauliflower, cut into florets (about 4 1/2 cups florets)
0.25 cup finely shredded Swiss cheese
0.25 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
0.25 cup plain dry bread crumbs
