Set the oven to 400°F. While the oven is heating, spray a 13x9x2-inch baking dish with vegetable cooking spray.Season the potatoes as desired. Layer 4 cups potatoes, onion, ham, salsa verde and cheese in the baking dish. Top with the remaining potatoes. Spray with the cooking spray.Bake for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
