Directions

Stir the peanut butter, soy sauce, lemon juice, cilantro, sugar and ginger in a small bowl. Add the chicken and 2 tablespoons green onions and toss to coat.

Spoon the chicken mixture into the pastry cups. Sprinkle with the remaining green onions.

1 tablespoon crunchy peanut butter
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantroleaves
1 teaspoon sugar
0.25 teaspoon ground ginger
1 cup finely chopped cooked chicken
2 medium green onion, chopped (about 1/4 cup)
1 package (9.5 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry Cups, prepared according to package directions
