Using chicken broth instead of water guarantees more flavorful stuffing...all you need is three ingredients and 30 minutes to prove it.
Heat the broth to a boil in a 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the vegetables and heat to a boil. Remove the saucepan from the heat. Add the stuffing and mix lightly.
Spoon the stuffing mixture into a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake at 350°F. for 20 minutes or until the stuffing is hot.
