Pork Chops and Mustard Onion Gravy

Directions

Season pork as desired. Coat pork with flour.

Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat.  Add pork and cook for 8 minutes or until browned on both sides. Remove pork from skillet and keep warm.

Add onion to skillet. Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes until onion is tender, stirring occasionally.

Stir in gravy and mustard and cook until mixture is hot and bubbling.  Reduce heat to low. Return pork to skillet and cook until pork is heated through.

Ingredients

4 boneless pork chop, 3/4-inch thick
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 large onion, cut in half and sliced (about 1 cup)
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Golden Pork Gravy
1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
