Pork Chops with Mushrooms

Tired of the same old pork chops?  Italian sauce and mushrooms make these sautéed pork chops different and delicious.

Directions

Season the pork as desired.  Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook for 10 minutes or until well browned on both sides (to prevent sticking, make sure the skillet and oil are hot before adding the pork).  Remove the pork from the skillet.

Add the mushrooms and cook until tender. Add the sauce and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Return the pork to the skillet. Cook for 10 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.  Serve hot.

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 boneless pork chop, 1-inch thick (about 1 1/4 pounds)
6 ounces sliced mushrooms (about 2 cups)
2 cups Prego® Traditional Italian Sauce
