Ground beef seasoned with taco seasoning mix is spooned into flour tortillas and topped with picante sauce, lettuce and Cheddar cheese to make tasty soft tacos.
Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until it's well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.Stir the taco seasoning mix and water in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.Spoon about 1/4 cup beef mixture down the center of each tortilla. Top each with about 2 tablespoons each picante sauce, lettuce and cheese. Fold the tortillas around the filling. Serve with additional picante sauce, if desired.
