Heat the remaining soup mixture in a 1-quart saucepan over medium heat until the mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring often.
Arrange the tortilla chips on a serving platter and top with the beef mixture. Spoon the soup mixture over the beef mixture and tortilla chips. Top with the sour cream and tomato.
