Heat the oven to 350°F. Prepare the ziti according to the package directions in a 6-quart saucepot. Add the spinach during the last minute of the cooking time. Drain the ziti and spinach well in a colander. Return them to the saucepot.Add the sauce, ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, the garlic and black pepper to the ziti mixture and stir to coat. Spoon into a 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheeses.Bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbling.
