Baked Turkey & Noodles in Sour Cream Sauce

This creamy, comforting casserole comes together quickly and is the perfect recipe to make use of leftover cooked turkey, but it works just as well with chicken too.

Directions

Set the oven to 375°F.  Spray a 2-quart baking dish with vegetable cooking spray.Stir the soup, milk and sour cream in a large bowl.  Stir in the noodles, turkey, broccoli and half the cheese.  Season as desired.Spoon the turkey mixture into the baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese.  Cover the baking dish.Bake for 25 minutes or until the turkey mixture is hot and bubbling.

1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup0.5 cup milk0.5 cup sour cream8 ounces (about 5 cups) wide egg noodles, cooked and drained2 cups cubed cooked turkey or chicken1 package (10 ounces) frozen broccoli cuts, thawed1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)
