Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the broccoli and cook until tender-crisp, stirring occasionally. Remove the broccoli from the skillet.
Add the beef to the skillet and cook until well browned, stirring occasionally. Stir in the soup, water, honey, lime juice and sriracha sauce and heat to a boil. Return the broccoli to the skillet and cook until hot. Season to taste.
Cook the noodles according to the package directions without the seasoning packets (reserve the packets for another use). Drain the noodles well in a colander. Serve the beef mixture over the noodles.
